    Please arrive on time for your scheduled service. Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or the need to reschedule if there is not enough time to complete your service.

    Cancellations & No-Shows

    We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

    Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without notice may be subject to a cancellation or no-show fee. Repeated no-shows may require prepayment before future appointments can be scheduled.

    Deposits
